I would like to take this opportunity to  give you some background about myself and why I have decided to start Current Technology. My name is John Woodland (Woody please). I've been interested in quality stereo my whole life and have been a dedicated  audiophile for the last ten years.




Having a background in the troubleshooting, repair and  fabrication of electrical systems and electronics, I have built some of  my own components, interconnects, speaker cables and all of my power  cables. I started Current Technology because  in the last five years the prices of audiophile power cables have gone  from silly through outrageous to laughable.

While performance has increased, prices have skyrocketed and in my opinion this decreases value. I felt that I could fabricate cables that while offering high performance and high quality, they could also be affordably priced.


The end result is our line of cables:                         The Alexandrite, The Onyx Shotgun 9,                   The Onyx and The Sapphire Cable 
There are two key priorities concerning Current Technology:



1. Value - the products we offer will  always be a combination of high performance, high quality and affordable  price. We will not concern ourselves with
anything that doesn't add  quality, performance or value
to our products.
2. Service - Our goal is to exceed your  expectations. All cables will be made to order and shipped in a timely  manner with a target of having them in your hand (within the CON US) 7  business days after your purchase. All questions and inquiries will be  answered as quickly as possible. This is a no nonsense company with your  best interest in mind. The only answer you will ever get from us is an  honest one.
