We would rather have a happy customer who is not using our products then a disgruntled one who is. That said any cable returned will need a return authorization number provided by Current Technology. Any cable returned must be in an unaltered state and undamaged condition. I know that some people will be tempted to dissassemble and inspect. I would strongly advise against this as it voids the guarantee and warranty -ABSOLUTELY! Improper reassembly of a cable can create an electrical /fire hazard. You can damage your components and worse yet yourself. Electricity is a wonderful thing but used improperly can injure or kill.
